Even if having a diverse workforce is active aspiration for an organisation, achieving it can be problematic. To help achieve diversity that is beneficial, this paper provides business leaders and HR professionals with clarity about the benefits of diversity on organisational performance and explicit links between employee diversity and the wider economic and demographic
