We are currently working with several organisations to apply the findings from our leadership research in a way that is most beneficial for individuals and the organisation.
We are bringing together a dozen leaders from a range of organisations to experience a new leadership development programme designed around the research findings. Working with each participant to identify organisational and personal objectives, this programme will help them to apply the principles of outstanding leadership to address their challenges. We will closely evaluate each individual’s progress and outcomes and will publish a paper on our findings in autumn 2010.
