A range of senior managers in these organisations were interviewed using the semi-structured questions featured in the framework. Interviewees commonly included: the chief executive, finance director, HR director, operations director, etc. A selection of line managers were also interviewed to construct a more balanced picture of company policy and, where possible, a focus group of staff.
