Our new research project ‘Leading for High Performance’ will look at the nature of leadership required to achieve sustainable high performance.
- Setting up a Core Advisory Group including leading academics, national policymakers and key business leaders;
- Working closely with this group to consult on our approach and test out our emerging findings.
Outputs of the project are likely to include:
- Final report and executive summary (printed and available for download on the web);
- Detailed case studies of the participating organisations;
- Working papers looking at particular issues e.g. international lessons on leadership;
- Presentation that sponsors can draw on that summarises findings;
- Range of events during the project, as part of the consultation process, national launch event and discussions to disseminate the findings;
- Speaking at conferences to further disseminate findings.
