Creative collaboration -  Using the information from our initial dialogue and our own experience in leadership development we will present an outline programme of appropriate blended learning approaches

Refining and developing  -  Through continuing dialogue we, together,  craft a more detailed and grounded programme that will have real organisational benefit and be credible and worthwhile to potential participants

Sign off -  The final programme is agreed together with roll out details

Pilot and review — Prior to any wider implementation the programme is tested and feedback informs the future roll out

Delivery — We use a blended learning approach that places the real world issues and challenges of participating managers as its core

Evaluation — Together we work to assess return on investment and to ensure that the programme remains strategically relevant
