Senior Consultant
We are looking for a Senior Consultant that will be involved in:
- Winning and delivering new business
- Building and maintaining key client relationships
- Leading on projects and programmes as part of a team to ensure the successful and timely delivery of consultancy engagements
- Conducting research into sectors, markets and management trends to support business development strategies
Who we’re looking for:
- A Consultant with a significant amount of experience including process consulting skills — facilitation and coaching
- A strong sales track record is essential
- Experience of managing strategic and holistic change projects
- Specialist experience in one or more key consultancy areas: change management, organisational development, performance, leadership development, employee engagement and multi-agency working
- Experience of working with senior teams, including CEOs and board members
- Commercial awareness
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
What's on offer:
We are offering a base salary ranging from £50k to £60k (this is negotiable) plus a bonus scheme.
