Laura is a researcher in the Future of HR programme, having recently joined The Work Foundation from Bupa. Laura has worked a variety of roles in and around HR, most recently in a generalist HR role in Bupa Home Healthcare. Her experience includes recruitment, staff surveys, employee relations and recognition schemes.

Laura has an MPhil from the University of Manchester which was awarded for her research into attachment behaviours in children with autism, and has a first- class degree from Oxford University in Experimental Psychology.
